For these clients, I offer a 4 Week Jump Start Nutrition Program to get you off to a great start.
It’s true what they say about not being able to out-train a bad diet, and you may simply not be eating for your current goals. My 4 Week Jump Start Program sets the foundation to get you headed in the right direction and takes the pressure off of you to go it on your own. You get macro targets (proteins, carbs, and fats) laid out for you based on your current stats and goals, along with 4 weeks of adjustments and assistance from me.
It’s an affordable option for someone who can’t invest in a full coaching program and already has IIFYM knowledge. Please note: If you are a current training client interested in adding nutrition coaching, please do not use this option and contact me as you receive a significant discount.
