Another extremely eventful week is winding down here. I’m glad to have the extra day off before having to head back to work. The Kid and I have done all kinds of things this weekend including hanging out downtown, reading at the Barnes & Noble, running errands, pool sitting, reading, and basically just goofing off. It’s been wonderful.
In case you missed any of the excitement (and there was a bunch), here’s what went on this week:
- I decided to learn something(s) new on the Even Happier Quest
- I came up with a genius plan to combine my coffee and my protein shake into one tasty drink
- I talked about getting caught in shoulds and obligation
- I gave 9 good reasons to give up your diet soda if you haven’t already
- I came up with 10 downsides to a healthy lifestyle that no one warns you about
- I made a big announcement about a goal that I reached
