I’m Adrianne, the creator of Accidental Fitness Quest – a big dream follower, recipe creator and part time adrenaline junkie. I’m betting you’re just like me, but you may not realize it yet. Or maybe you do realize it, but you don’t quite know how to make it happen while keeping all your other balls in the air.
I work with people just like you to clear out the noise with health and fitness, and remove the things that stand in the way of reaching your goals. I’m the mother of The Kid and two crazy dogs that always make life interesting, and I’m an online fitness and nutrition coach.
Even if it looks like I have it together, I’m always honest about the frustrations, headaches, and joy that is found in everyday living. Sounds a lot like your life, huh? When most people think of dieters or fitness fanatics, they imagine flocks of dry chicken breasts, mountains of broccoli and rice combined with hours in the gym grunting with weights and miles on the stairmaster.
No one has time for all that, not to mention life is too short for taste bud boredom. I’m on a mission to prove that being healthy doesn’t taste boring or take a lot of time. I created AccidentalFitnessQuest.com to teach real health skills as they apply to real people with busy lives. Most people don’t have the time or attention span to keep up with the latest health trends and the reality is that the basics of food and fitness (not fancy trends) are all you need.
